Why Endowell

The Endowell Approach

We work quietly alongside families — no pressure, no rush. Each session is shaped around your family's needs and comfort.

Respectful & Unhurried

We move at the pace your family sets. Sessions are conversational, never transactional. You decide how much you share and when.

Private & Confidential

All materials and notes remain with your family. We operate with strict discretion; nothing is shared beyond the people you designate.

Clear Documentation

Every session produces a clean, readable output — whether a written account, a photo inventory, or structured meeting notes.

Neutral Support

Our facilitators have no stake in any family outcome. We create conditions for calm, respectful conversations between relatives.

Bangkok-Based

We are available in-person across Bangkok and surrounding areas, and can also arrange remote sessions for families spread across Thailand.

Bilingual Capability

Sessions can be conducted in English or Thai, or a blend of both — whatever helps family members communicate most comfortably.

Would a conversation help your family move forward?

We are happy to discuss what your family is looking for, without any obligation. Reach out and we will arrange a brief introductory call.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly happens during a Legacy Storytelling session?
A facilitator meets with you — or a small group — and uses open-ended questions to draw out memories, family history, and personal accounts. Sessions typically run ninety minutes to two hours. Afterwards you receive a written summary; audio or video recording is optional. There is no set script; we follow wherever the conversation leads.
How long does Heirloom Cataloguing take?
It depends on the size of the collection. A typical household with several rooms of items usually takes one full day on-site. We then spend additional time organising the photographs and descriptions into your inventory document. We will give you a realistic estimate after a brief discussion about the volume of items.
Is the Family Meeting Facilitation session legally binding?
No. Our facilitation sessions are informal and conversational. We are not solicitors or notaries and we do not produce legal instruments. The meeting notes we provide are a record of what was discussed and agreed informally. For anything that needs to be formalised, you would engage a qualified professional separately.
Can sessions be held at our home or do we come to you?
Most clients prefer sessions at home, especially for heirloom cataloguing. We travel within Bangkok and surrounding districts. For storytelling and facilitation sessions, we can also arrange a quiet meeting room if that feels more comfortable. Remote sessions via video call are available for family members outside the city.
What happens to the materials you produce?
All documents, photos, and recordings belong entirely to your family. We do not retain copies after delivery unless you specifically ask us to hold a backup. Nothing is shared with third parties. Your family decides who receives the final materials.
Can we book more than one service together?
Absolutely. Many families find it helpful to combine a storytelling session with a cataloguing visit, or to begin with a family meeting before deciding how to proceed. We are happy to discuss what combination makes sense for your situation and can schedule accordingly.
